We would like to put forward the parcel of land to the North of Stanton Harcourt, bounded by the B4449, Blackditch and Main road for new housing. The parcel of land has good access and would appear to be the natural direction for an extension to the village. We feel that with thoughtful design this potential development could be an asset to the village and local people.
A plan is attached with the land referred to outlined in red.
