Cycle path on verge space stanton to standlake

There is room on the bulk of the verge between stanton harcourt and standlake to form a cycle path. this road is dangerous due to the blind bends. this would make it easier for people to travel sustainably when the oil runs out.
If you don't think this is viable in cost terms, please approve us to do it as a village and we will dig the path ourselves on saturday mornings.
