The subject land is located in the village of Alvescot. It is situated between two built residential developments and would be logical infill land for a residential led development scheme.
Existing Use:
This land currently is currently used for agricultural purposes and is bare land.
Proposed Use:
We are of the opinion that a residential led development scheme would be suitable for the site. The total area is 6.85 acres, which could deliver in the region of 50 houses. It is located between two areas of residential development and is a logical place for infill. Access could be taken off the B4020 (Station Road) from Alvescot to Black Bourton.
