The Estate has an interest in bringing forward sustainable, residential development on Land at Cassington, Witney.
The site comprises approximately 20.6 hectares is located north of Eynsham Road in the village of Cassington. The site lies north of residential properties along Eynsham Road, separated by an agricultural field. The site is bound by an allotment site to the east, and agricultural land to the north and west. Access to the site is envisaged from Eynesham Road.
This site is controlled in its entirety by the Estate who are committed to delivering high quality residential properties, therefore the site is available. There are no known constraints which would prevent the delivery of residential dwellings at this site and the Estate has a track record of delivering and implement planning permission within West Oxfordshire.
