The total site comprises circa 3.5 hectares (8.6 acres) of pastureland. As part of the call for sites we would like to submit circa. 1.1 hectares of land for residential development. We envisage the remaining 2.36 hectares of adjoining land within our client’s ownership may be used to provide areas of Biodiversity Net Gain together with attenuation features and open space.
The site is bounded by Church Street to the North, residential development to the East and West and agricultural land to the South bounded by thick hedgerow and treeline.
