The Estate has an interest in bringing forward sustainable, residential development on Land East of East End Road, East End, Witney.
The site is located to the east of East End Road in the village of East End, Witney. The site extends to 6.2 hectares and adjoins an existing settlement of housing to its north and west. The site is bound to the east and south by mature hedges. The western boundary is also partly bound by mature hedges which screens the site well from East End Road.
It is envisaged the site would be accessed via a single point of access off of East End Road. The site provides the opportunity for direct pedestrian and cycle connectivity to services and facilities in Long Hanborough.
This site is controlled in its entirety by the Estate who are committed to delivering high quality residential properties, therefore the site is available. There are no known constraints which would prevent the delivery of residential dwellings at this site and the Estate has a tracked record of delivering and implementing planning permission within West Oxfordshire.
