The Estate has an interest in bringing forward sustainable, residential development on Land north and east of Banbury Road, Woodstock. The site is located north and east of Banbury Road, west of Green Lane.
This site is controlled in its entirety by the Estate who are committed to delivering high quality residential properties, therefore the site is available. It is envisaged that not all the land will be developed but will include provision of dedicated open space and landscaping as part of the comprehensive scheme.
There are no known constraints which would prevent the delivery of residential dwellings at this site and the Estate has a track record of delivering and implementing planning permission within West Oxfordshire
