The Estate has an interest in bringing forward sustainable, residential development on Land North of Cassington, Witney.
The site comprises 18.8 hectares and is located north west of Yarnton Road, in the village of Cassington. There is agricultural land to the north and east and west of the site.
This site is controlled in its entirety by the Estate who are committed to delivering high quality residential properties, therefore the site is available. There are no known constraints which would prevent the delivery of residential dwellings at this site and the Estate has a track record of delivering and implementing planning permission within West Oxfordshire.
