The site is available for a residential development to include social-rented affordable housing, for up to approx. 16-20 dwellings. The site is adjacent to the built up area in the village. The site is within the Aston Conservation Area and the Bampton Vale Landscape Area.
The site would have access on to the Bampton Road and have opportunities for green/amenity space and biodiversity enhancement.
