Use of the site surrounding the existing Rectory for a development of approx 8 to 10 dwellings, which would include social-rented affordable, on the current rectory site, including a proposed replacement rectory. Replacing existing access with a shared access to the Enstone Road.
The site is within the Conservation Area and is adjacent to listed buildings and listed chest tombs. The site is close to Sustrans cycle network with access to some services and amenities. The land is available and could be bought forward readily.
