Land east of Station Road

This parcel, to the east of Station Road, has the potential to contribute to a more comprehensively planned and sustainable development across the CCE land at Bampton, that could complement development of the western parcel by delivering a strategic sustainable extension to Bampton. This land has the potential to include the additional delivery of community facilities, supporting infrastructure and more strategically planned nature recovery proposals. This is in addition to contributing towards the delivery of much needed local housing, including both market and affordable. The appropriate quantum and type of development would be determined through discussion with the LPA. It is proposed that future access would be from Station Road.
