The Estate has an interest in bringing forward sustainable, residential development on Land to the north west of the Green, Cassington - please see Appendix 1 (Site Location Plan).
The site comprises an existing allotment site of 3 hectares, and is located south west of Elms Road and north west of The Green, in the village of Cassington. The site adjoins Cassington Recreation Ground along its northern boundary. Access to the site is envisaged from 19 Elms Road, Cassington.
This site is controlled in its entirety by the Estate who are committed to delivering high quality residential properties, therefore the site is available. There are no known constraints which would prevent the delivery of residential dwellings at this site and the Estate has a track record of delivering and implementing planning permission within West Oxfordshire.
