Sport facilities & Community area

This field has been earmarked for development by a housing company who are apparently going to build affordable housing which is unlikely as they are planning on 3 or 4 bedroom homes. This field is one of the last plots suitable for much needed sports and recreation facilities for the town, as most of the town is on a hill. It’s also directly above the source of the River Glyme. Any development on this land would be an ecological disaster and a huge loss for the town. We need more facilities, not more people.
