2.1 The site lies to the east of Station Road and to the west of Mount Owen Road on the northern boundary of Bampton, West Oxfordshire. Bampton is situated approximately 5 km south east of Carterton as the crow flies, 7 km south west of Witney and 20 km west of Oxford.
2.2 The site extends to approximately 10.27 hectares and is shown in red in the location plan extract below. The whole of the site is in the landowner’s ownership and land under control of our client which could be made available for residential development:
