What happened to SMART objectives and being able to access this consultation?

This consultation has too many objectives and is daunting in its size for people to respond to. It is not accessible to all - by its format/size and restricted access which automatically excludes some of the area's residents.

The order of the objectives has been designed to ensure that the responses received fit with the agenda already set.

To enable a true and accurate response to WODC from its residents a far more targeted approach would have been good. Schools, colleges, senior groups, sports groups would all have been great to help get a wide demographic response.
