Fiona Mackinlay•3 years ago converting the recently Wootton by Wootton School for a blend of uses, either for social uses such as education skill training from music to adult courses and/or offie space for rental and a cafe using locally grown ingredients maybe training and employing some with mental health and learning difficulties. Land for Affordable homes

Fiona Mackinlay•3 years ago Wootton by Woodstock, Land behind Mariott Close owned by Clutterbucks. Have already recently built houses and village expects that field to be developed. We are very keen for more affordable homes and would consider kit houses and eco pods in Cotswold palettes. Also would like special housing contracts to keep houses affordable for the future.
