Local Plan Evidence Base

The preparation of the draft Local Plan has been informed by an extensive suite of supporting evidence which is available to download in full below.

The majority of this evidence has been prepared by independent external consultant experts in line with best practice and plan-making guidance.

As part of the Local Plan consultation, alongside comments on the draft plan itself, we would welcome specific comments on the evidence base so that we can consider whether further updates or amendments are required prior to the draft Plan and associated evidence being submitted for examination.
