We will be attending a number of events to promote the work of the Rural Crime Partnership during 2024. If you are attending do seek us out!

• We will be offering practical advice on security.
• You can arrange a farm visit for tailor made security advice and DNA tagging for farm machinery.
• Find out about community based schemes in place to help reduce crime in your area and how you can get involved in crime prevention.
• Share your experience of rural crime and talk to us about your priorities in tackling this subject.

The Ploughing Championship and Country Fair - CANCELLED DUE TO POOR WEATHER.

Run by the Fairford, Faringdon, Filkins and Burford Ploughing Society, this year's Ploughing Championship and Country Fair will be held at AJ Cole's, Little Farringdon Road, Langford, GL7 3LA.

The Game Fair at Blenheim Palace

Friday 26th - Sunday 28th July 2024

Held at Bleinheim Palace the Game Fair is a celebration of the countryside and rural pursuits.

Along side trade, craft and food stalls, visitors can watch shooting and fishing demonstrations, falconry displays and rural traditional skills and craft demonstrations.

Oxfordshire Young Farmers County Show and Rally

18th May 2024

This year the event is hosted by Bicester Young Farmers and will take place on the 18th May at Swifts Farm, Bucknell, Bicester OX27 7NH.

As well as rally competitions and entertainment there will be over 50 trade and craft stands, vintage tractors, a fun fair, food vendors, animals and much much more!

Thames Country Fair

31st March - 1st April

Thame Showground, Kingsey Road, Thame, OX9 3JL.

This annual event focuses on all things country! With demonstrations, displays, competitions, opportunities to try new country pursuits, stalls, music and great food.
