If you are a farmer, tenant farmer or landowner in a rural location you can request a visit from Thames Valley Police to review your security arrangements and, where appropriate, arrange for DNA tagging of machinery.
What's on offer
Following eligibility checks we will contact you to arrange a visit by a Thames Valley Police representative. They will advise you on security measures for your property, talk about what you can do to help reduce rural crime in your area and where appropriate can provide DNA property marking kits.
Are you eligible for the scheme?
This scheme is aimed at farmers, tenant farmers and landowners.
To be eligible the property you want us to visit needs to be classed as a rural property within West Oxfordshire, South Oxfordshire or the Vale of White Horse District Council areas. The scheme is not currently available to people living in towns within these districts. If you are not sure if you are eligible, register your interest and we will let you know.
